Growing up I loved to take things apart to see how they worked, what I wasn’t so great at was putting them back together (where did 9 extra screws come from?)! As I got older I got better, understanding how things connected, and fixing one thing commonly led to another problem down the line, and you had to understand all of the links to fully fix something.Periodically throughout my career I've been called someone that can "see around corners". While a nice compliment, it’s taken maturity and experience to fully understand what I do to earn such a moniker. I really enjoy understanding company's problems and developing solutions to them....and not just the tactical problem of today, but the challenges that await once that first problem has been solved.Watching the struggle people have to maximize value from the software they were buying, combined with my passion for problem solving, led me to create Deloitte's IT Asset Management service offering, where they help our clients to drive down the total cost of ownership associated with software and hardware, improve operational efficiency, and manage risk. From there I am bringing this same passion to Flexera to help tackle these problems from a technology angle, driving world class solutions, combining it with world class partner driven services, to the benefits to our end customers and clients.I find myself quite fortunate to be a professional problem solver and build world class teams and help people develop into exceptional leaders that in turn develop the next generation.
