End-to-end ownership of all aspects of IT including infrastructure, operations, development, end-user compute, ERP, and web development.

Ownership of all technical delivery including governance, systems integration, project delivery, application support, data center, private and public cloud, network and telephony infrastructure, end-user computing, and systems maintenance for a managed service client. Provide mentorship, leadership, direction, and oversight for a team of IT professionals delivering both support and engineering for the IT infrastructure, SAP S/4 HANA, and ongoing IT operations. Increased client satisfaction by building relationships, driving transparency, and improving communication at all levels of the organization.

In this senior director-level role, I was responsible for advancing the deployment and implementation of seamless technology operations for a global leader in the manufacturing, distribution and sales of window coverings. Overseeing a highly technical team, I directed the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology infrastructure and architecture across Hunter Douglas North America’s multiple locations including networks, data centers, systems, telecommunications, and cloud-based services.Among other things, I integrated technical operations following business mergers and acquisitions, developed ongoing business continuity plans, and strategically outsourced and insourced IT operations to and from foreign organizations.I specialize in SAP application integration, and also develop solutions that improve efficiency and save organizational resources. I was fortunate to have participated in the implementation of several innovative strategies and initiatives. Some of these accomplishments and highlights include:♦ Leading the technical portion of global business transformation project to deploy SAP S/4 HANA across North American business units designed to drive $100M+ in cost savings through streamlined efficiencies, and improved manufacturing practices.♦ Designed, built, and conducted semi-annual testing of the business continuity and disaster recovery plans to demonstrate effectiveness of recovery abilities to meet established service level targets of >8 hours for recovery time objective (RTO), and a recovery point of 30 seconds or less (RPO).♦ Evaluated and renegotiated vendor contracts and identified $3M - $5M in unnecessary expenditures.

In this role, I oversaw SAP implementations across multiple customer groups in the discrete and process manufacturing segments. Working directly with client contacts, I ensured that clients were highly satisfied with their individual experiences. Internally, I implemented best practices for the delivery of applications and systems, designed to replace outdated business systems throughout an enterprise.During my time at Arthur Andersen, I was considered and organizational subject matter expert on SAP delivery, and served as a key advisor to senior leadership.

As a senior business consultant, I worked on various SAP implementations, while also managing financial business configuration, project management, and programming. As the consulting lead for part of the SAP system configuration, I ensured timely delivery of a critical project, including the large-scale upgrade of a large agricultural cooperative’s financial system from multiple legacy systems to SAP.

After an initial period of employment as a Process Specialist in the Glass Manufacturing division, I transferred into IT as a Programmer/Analyst, and later was promoted to an IT Business Analyst. I was responsible for providing a variety of IT-oriented deliverables including business analysis, system design, and programming system integration for payroll, cost accounting, finance, and other groups.Among other initiatives, I participated on a project team tasked with selecting a new ERP system to better support organizational organizations, and ultimately worked on the first SAP implementation for Coors.
