In June 2013, Co-Founded Ayni Brigade, a company that's focused on helping people and brands realize their full potential by leveraging the talents, training, and character of primarily military veterans to create innovative brand platforms that have high impact on their target markets. A seasoned and resourceful senior executive with broad experience in digital marketing and CRM. Proven track record of leadership that grows staff and clients resulting in increased revenue and profit. Previous experience includes executive positions with JWT and Omnicom agencies Atmosphere BBDO, Agency.com and Targetbase. At Agency.com Brian served as President of the Dallas office, where he brought a solid background in the delivery of digital marketing for a variety of clients. He joined Agency.com in 2005 and was instrumental in the build out of the global infrastructure and processes for our email marketing practice. In addition to leading the Dallas outpost, Brian was the President of the San Francisco Office and VP of Delivery for North America.Before joining Agency.com, Brian was VP of Project Management at Targetbase. While at Targetbase he was responsbile for overseeing the delivery of interactive eCRM solutions and projects. Brian led the development and deployment of a comprehensive group of global eCRM projects. 

Throughout his career, Brian has held program management and leadership positions at Sabre, EDS, Raytheon and Hughes Aircraft. He also served in the US Marine Corps flying the F-4 Phantom II, retiring in 1996 from the Reserve component.
