Bringing good things to life is my passion. I thrive on capturing the vision of a finished product and working with others to make it a reality. I realize that along the way there are many twists and turns but being flexible and agile with a large dose of optimism brings the team together to reach new heights.A key to any project is building up the team members, listening to ideas and valuing the input of all team members then working with stakeholders and the team to implement processes and best practices to help the team do their best work.I enjoy projects that involve cross-functional teams and allow me to work with people from all levels within the organization, from the CEO to the janitor and everyone in-between.My personal theme is Constant and Never Ending Improvement. Most projects are a combination of several processes and sub-processes. Finding ways to improve the inputs to a process and measuring the work in that process provides a higher quality output. Each day I look for ways to improve my performance and the performance of processes within my projects.I am passionate, take ownership and move things forward while being kind and considerate of others.
