Pmo Leader -Strategic Projects
Current*Established the PMO Governance, processes and reporting to the Executive team that involved several projects that Identified over $15 Million in savings, including: Product Improvement, Ingredient Sourcing, Packaging Improvements and Third-Party vendors. Projects continue until cost savings are realized in improvements in the companies gross-margin*Lead and collaborated with Innovation, Marketing, and Operation teams to launch over 67 new and improved projects in 2023• Established and currently lead the PMO: Developed and continually improve the framework, processes, and governance structure for the PMO, aligning with key strategic initiatives and best practices.• Strategic Project Oversight: Directly manage and provide oversight for high-impact strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department and organizational heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and project progress• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implemented performance monitoring to track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports for senior management• Continuous Improvement: Drive culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, regularly assessing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness• Team Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers, team leads and project contributors, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and professional growth
