Without any formal training, I started my career in technology when I joined Dish Television as a screener, routing calls in the call center. Recognizing inefficiencies, I took the initiative to sketch and design an improved inbound call-flow. While new in the field, my sketch caught the attention of upper management. That is when I quickly learned technology design and troubleshooting came naturally to me.When a new call center was announced, they promoted me to a Call Center Manager where I set up systems, created processes, and managed up to 30 employees to ensure profitability and maximum output. Nearly a decade later, in every role that I have held, I have been recognized by management as the tenacious hard worker who won’t let any technical challenge go unsolved. When it comes to technology, I can’t imagine a career without breathing it, living it, and fixing it. Technology is like a big jigsaw puzzle and I am always eager to find the long-lasting, winning solution. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually playing games as I enjoy the linear and non-linear ability to overcome new, exciting challenges.
