Recruited to create an internalized single family rental vertical that grew from 2 to 200+ employees and from zero to 13k+ homes under management in 30+ states over ~3 years. Led the property operations team while also serving as a member of the acquisitions team in charge of setting the SFR investment strategy, future geographic market roll-out and overall SFR subject matter expert.
