I have held various management positions over the last 20 years. I have managed and built technical service teams for both small business and large enterprise environments. My leadership style is to work diligently for my team members to ensure they can succeed. I base my success directly on the successes and achievements of both my team and business relationships. I am more comfortable in a structured environment and will strive to document and create process and procedural improvements to allow for better resource allocation and metric reporting. I am most comfortable in an ITIL based service management structure. I keep an open mind and will champion any idea that creates efficiencies or increases the end user experience. With over 25 years IT support experience there is little I have not participated in including; budgeting, purchasing, personnel administration, vendor management, asset management, software licensing, PCI / SOX/Hipaa compliance, project management, change management, and support of numerous technological devices and applications. I am a team player and enjoy an active social life so work-life balance is important. I have had the privledge of doing some unique things in life such as; living on a submarine, racing stand-up jetskis, running marathons and triathlons. I am currently training for an ironman triathlon in the distant future and have made getting in shape a goal over the last year.
