During my time at Putnam Investments, I partnered with advisors, branch managers, and regional directors to expand market share and improve sales results—often working in challenging and underperforming territories.One of my most rewarding experiences was transforming the underperforming territory of Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming into a thriving region. Despite working virtually about 75% of the time and traveling just 25%, I grew sales from $10M to $400M and boosted market share to 8% by leveraging strong relationships and innovative strategies.Some highlights I’m proud of: • Achieved a 41% increase in fixed-income sales and a 21% boost in equity sales in 2022. • Delivered over 100% growth in fixed-income sales in 2021 after a major distribution shift. • Consistently ranked in the top quartile among peers by driving advisor engagement and delivering results.On the side, I also decided to explore entrepreneurship by opening a small business with Phenix Salon Suites.
