I am currently a product manager at King County focused on digital payments to help people thrive in our region. Earlier, I was at Navigating Cancer helping to improve the lives of cancer patients and those who care for them. Prior, I was a digital strategy manager at PwC's digital health team where I help organizations create new experiences to solve their most challenging customer issues. I was also a Director of Social Business Strategy at Ant's Eye View where I led teams and organizations through the process of transforming customer experience and brand engagement by activating and embedding customer voice in every aspect of their business. Specifically I worked with clients including Starbucks, Microsoft and Cisco.Earlier, I was at Microsoft where I worked on social bookmarking, profile, reputation and recognition systems for technical professionals (on MSDN, TechNet, Expression). I also envisioned and helped deliver early versions of forums and blogs for Microsoft.com, in addition to managing the community for MSN Games, and other business and consumer focused communities. I also worked at Memory Lane where I shaped the framework for the social media policy and strategy for the company.
