Previously, he worked as a Food Technologist in Essence Group, Australian Natural Industry, ATP-BIO CO., LTD and TCI CO., Ltd, leading new product development projects to meet customer satisfaction. All the high-quality products that he had designed for customers served him as a reputable food Technologist. Highlights of his accomplishments include:• Independently Innovated vitamins, high protein beverages, lutein capsules, whitening tablets, collagen powder… etc. around 10 kinds of functional food and dietary supplements.• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills with sales teams, procurement teams and manufacturing teams to drive projects to peak results• Effectively improved the quality standards while ensuring processes are being followed and maintained to expected levelsAs a self-starter and a great listener with friendly personality, he is adept at listening to various needs, then analysing and implementing the best-designed solution.
