Given my previous position in customer success, this role was designed to empathize with, address, and solve for user pain points at scale—I was brought on to serve as the voice of the customer for our broader Product team. A strategic advisor to executive leadership, my role was 60% Product Manager and 40% Marketing Manager. With user experience at top of mind, we built B2B products for our customers, as well as B2C products that they could offer their customers. I focused on ways to increase engagement by designing new features, from wireframes to the final polish. We reached a point where we invested heavily in 3rd party integrations and company acquisitions, and I was in charge of driving co-branded messaging to unlock additional value for customers. As a marketer, I built go-to-market strategies, owning my products' narratives through email, in-product messaging, custom landing pages, digital ads, and more.Equipping the sales team was equally important. My background in customer success led to great sales partnerships. Amidst increasing competition, I researched feature comparisons and created battlecards to keep our Account Executives sharp.
