I am an introvert with various interests which makes me an extrovert when having conversations around those topics. Aloha,I am Anil Singh Bisht, for familiarity you can remember me as Briyani ( will tell the story in person ).I am part athletic/adventurous/reader/writer/artistic and a keen observer(self-proclaimed).My current job as a fundraiser allows me to express myself to the extent I never thought there could be a job like this. In the books I recently read by SUDHA MURTHY and ADAM GRANT - THOUSAND STITCHES and THINK AGAIN:* I Don't ally myself with 4 brothers : Lying, Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs * Rigidity/Belief Sometimes towards the end could be bad, But it also depends on the context and environment. So as a fundraiser where I only tell the truth and have conversations with the passionate, curious, enigmatic etc kind of people, I learn a lot, I get paid for it and I get better at it. My past jobs and experiences have been quite helpful for this job, I get to observe and understand, I get to Travel and Fortunately have cool teammates. I am working on my EQ and all this time whatever I learnt about leadership from NCC, from different jobs I have been in or from the media/information I grew up with- I am seeing an understanding of how I can be a leader or will be as a leader. "Carpe diem"My current focus in life is on the following:Health and Fitness Goal- 12-16 Fat %Learning and developing skills Infinitely keep learning- rethinking- Updating ( process as of a scientist ) Sustain social networking and relationships Meet cool people and have friendsBe Responsible as a Son, brother, employee or in future as a leader.I am a minimalistic person. My future Goal:By the age of 29 I can converse in SPANISH, GERMAN, SWEDISH and 3-4 Indian Languages. I have diaries worth 4 years of my life experiences.I can do 30+ pullups, 100+ pushups and such. I have written 2-3 booksWe are working on the ground or with the team to solve or at least prevent a recurring problem. To be continued...
