Responsible for the management and support of all day to day IT operations for field offices in Colorado and Utah. Duties include every aspect of IT, Wide area networking, Windows Desktop Operating systems support including Windows 8, 7 and older, office equipment support (scanners, printers, and plotters), telecommunications support (PBX and VOIP systems), application implementation, maintenance, support and computer training. Management of all wireless/cellular services for the entire company. Worked closely with the corporate Operations team on server installations, management and patching. Provided support to field personnel for their core applications, including Cygnet, Wellview, Evin, and more. Working knowledge of oil and gas field automation equipment and telemetry systems.

Managed key accounts for a multi-million dollar company, including order fulfillment, deployment and support. Coordinated International shipments and collected end user feedback to ensure quality control. Provided technical support and training on all hardware and configuration issues when needed. This included VSAT systems that provide live HD and SD video, audio, IP and data services and smaller Cisco access point networks. Handled daily purchasing and warehousing operation to ensure that customer delivery schedules are met.

Educated users on hardware and software applications and made recommendations for their system needs and modifications. Maintained the support web site and monitored the system status.
