Managed several complex upgrades of the system that was recognized by corporate as the smoothest in company history.• Established new office that centralized operations for Caledonian Fund Services, including staff, technology, training, and strategic plans.• Improved HSBC Alternative Fund Services’ industry rank from #8 to #2 by implementing and migrating legacy systems to Geneva.
