Recruited to align portfolio of mission-critical applications, delivery models, infrastructure, staff, and 20+ vendors with the goals of the $30B AUM firm. * Restructured the Support Model for all mission-critical applications, built relationships with hosting partners, and migrated systems that improve uptime, redundancy, disaster recovery, security, stability, and access to data (also increased ability for developers to build customized solutions due to increased transparency into infrastructure).* I stabilized, upgraded, re-engineered, and expanded the capability of the Advent Geneva system that delivered full automated reporting, broker/bank/custodian integration, trade automation with direct integration with Bloomberg, and total market data reconciliation automation.* I managed the migration of Advent Geneva and EZE Castle systems to new hosting providers that delivered $250K in savings, improved redundancy, enhanced stability, and increased response to issues.* I directed the implementation of Wall Street Office for new Private Bank Debt business and the build of complex integration with Advent Geneva, the 1st integration between a WSO Agent and Advent Geneva.* I managed the system selection, implementation, and integration for Kayne’s high-profile CLO strategy launch, gaining recognition by Portfolio Management and the vendor as one of the smoothest implementations by industry standards.

I was recruited to build out the middle office line of business in the Cayman Islands for this global hedge fund administrator.* I led the design and implementation of best practices, systems, and processes for the Advent Geneva system.* I spearheaded the build out of T+1 reporting services, created global operations, and re-engineered business and data flow on Advent Geneva system to automate processing. * I was selected as a member of the Valuation Committee to analyze valuation requirements in traded and “hard to price” instruments for hedge fund clients on the Advent Geneva system.

I was promoted to build and manage the Market Data and Valuation Group.* I designed and implemented corporate action, security master, and automated process for exchanged traded and OTC supporting Advent Geneva system.* I played a key role in adding $6B of future business on the Advent Geneva system.

* I partnered with managing directors of each office to develop global strategy, define operations, and build business in Grand Cayman.

* I was recruited as Marketing Data Analyst and within one year promoted to Market Data Supervisors direct all daily Market Data operations. I Hired, trained, developed, and managed 8 analysts supporting 3 systems that covered hedge fund accounting for Alternative Fund Services (AFS) and custody business of Bank of Bermuda for New York, San Francisco, and Bermuda* Played key role in global Geneva roll-outs in Europe, Bermuda, and Asia by creating documentation to global Market Data teams and providing roll-out status, direction, and recommendations to offices in San Francisco, Bermuda, Dublin, Jersey C.I., Guernsey, Isle of Man, Singapore, Hong Kong, and South Africa.
