I have been involved in the management of organising event staff for a local art gallery (Gallery Different) for many years. I also manage the catering side on the event day. The events can range from intimate to medium sized when both floors of the gallery have been rented. The events range from Champagne and canapés to cocktails and nibbles. I have been involved from setup of the event and managing it right to the end. As each event is different as are client needs I have gained valuable experience and to always keep an open mind and excel within each event.

I am first point of contact for residents at Greenwich Peninsula Lower Riverside. Dealing with resident and visitor day to day queries it is a busy fast paced role keeping customer service at its highest standard. I manage a team of concierge based over 3 Premium residential buildings. Managing a busy Hub within the Peninsula set over 5 floors which also includes resident meeting rooms and residents gym.

Charlotte Street Hotel, London

My role as ‘head host’ is different every day as there are many different attributes needed for such a role. Not one day is the same which is why is an enjoyable job and have enjoyed for many years. My day can range from meeting and greeting clientele to complaint handling. I have gained a lot of experience within this role such as team leading, executive decision making troubleshooting, customer excellence, website maintenance and excellent customer service skills. I have built many good relationships with our regular guests at Charlotte Street Hotel and have maintained these relationships over the years which I would say is one my proudest achievements.

Sloane Square, London

I joined the Sloane Square Hotel on it's opening. I set up the whole Bar. My main responsibilities were managing staff, stock-taking, ordering stock, menu creation and building rapport with guests.
