Headed up all externally facing corporate communications activities for mid-sized (350+) energy efficiency program development and management company. Responsibilities included:• Developing, executing and tracking success for annual communications plans• Developing and executing communications campaigns to increase visibility with clients (utility companies)• Managing all aspects of corporate website, including leading team that handled new website launch and driving all new content creation• Handled corporate blog including managing editorial team and calendar, curating and editing all content and promoting new content via social media channels• Liaised with product and service teams across the organization to develop lead-generating resources, materials and content--both for digital and print distribution

As a project manager on Handmark's Mobile Publishing Platform (MPP) implementation team, I managed a significant portion of MPP's customer-facing projects, ranging from standard, “in-the-box” implementations to custom/core development efforts, and directed these projects thru completion and launch. In such capacity, I had the pleasure of working with internationally recognized brands such as The Wall Street Journal, Reuters and Goal.com as well as some cool niche brands such as GameVideos, Madison Square Garden and Golfweek. Responsibilities include:• Served as point person for ‘driving’ MPP projects from kick-off thru launch liaising with clients and development teams • Keeper of the project schedule--defining schedule and getting sign-off from customer and coordinating with internal resources to deliver final product(s) on time• Worked with key stakeholders (both internal and external) to finalize requirements, deliver on requirements, manage reviews and drive projects to completion• Implemented and utilized project management tools/processes to communicate project requirements, feedback, deadlines and track progress and delivery• Worked with customer to define clear project expectations and results

At Extensis, I directed the "lean and mean" in-house creative services group. My team served as the creative engine behind all marcom programs.
