•Maintain comprehensive budget reports related to scholarships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial management, tracking expenditures, and monitoring budget allocations.•Advise students, faculty, and third-party organizations on fiscal, procurement, travel, account receivables, HR/payroll, and etc. •Reconcile a total $1.5 million through various budgets yearly•Develop procedures for implementation, execution, control and review/audit of fiscal operations

• Navigate through UW financial system to file and reconcile accounting documents• Differentiate numerous UW financial coding to file each invoice into their correct budgets

• Maintain financial records of the Chapter according to the WGA’s (Western Golf Association) outlined accounting control procedures• Develop annual budget fit for the organization in accordance with previous history of purchases
