• Take an active role managing the firm’s multi-family, industrial, and retail property portfolio of over $400 million in assets.• Responsible for actively seeking acquisition of land, distressed properties, or other assets that will add value to the portfolio as well as sources of funding to provide the best capital structuring of current and future deals.• Responsible for current project construction draw submittals, new project financial underwriting document support, and closing out completed project debt and equity financing.• Evaluate project feasibility and contribution to the current portfolio through the analysis of development financial models.• Work with financial institutions to actively manage the current portfolio’s capital structure, financing packages, finance new development projects and refinance current assets. • Actively apply for federal, state, county and municipality grants, bonds and tax-credit programs • Work with Florida Housing Finance Corporation on current and new development projects.
