Manage a team of up to 7 loan originators to help them produce at their highest level by helping educate, train, follow through and close mortgages. Maintain and exceed monthly goals in team and personal production, by closing mortgages in excess of $2,000,000 per month. Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, financial planners and attorneys.
