I do this by helping businesses find better ways to be more productive and lower output cost through Manage Print Services, Document Management and other Scanning Solutions. Manage a team of up to 7 loan originators to help them produce at their highest level by helping educate, train, follow through and close mortgages. Maintain and exceed monthly goals in team and personal production, by closing mortgages in excess of $2,000,000 per month. Build and strengthen relationships with Realtors, financial planners and attorneys that may provide additional referral leads to me and the originators. Continue the growth of the office by constant recruitment of other originators to come and work for Stonegate Mortgage. Continually working with upper management on effective ways to grow and strengthen the company’s lead generation system and how to maintain and increase closing ratios.
