CurrentAs a part of the Talent Management & Learning (TML) Team, I design and execute talent management/succession management processes and performance management strategies and I design, manage, and deliver culture initiatives.• Lead various programs and projects associated with Zebra's global culture reinvigoration• Deliver culture workshops as a Heidrick & Struggles (Senn Delaney) Certified Facilitator• Develop, design, and implement the talent review, performance management, and succession planning processes, including coaching, training, and supporting HRBPs and leaders • Review talent analytics to identify opportunities in retention strategies, talent gaps, and succession• Drive corporate engagement surveys including integration tactics• Serve as a thought partner to HRBPs and the I&D team on TML initiatives to build a more diverse, inclusive, and robust internal talent pool to support the future growth of Zebra• Leverage leadership assessment tools to coach and develop leaders• Facilitate learning programs such as Zebra Foundations, Inclusive Leadership, and Leadership Essentials
