As global Vice President, Marketing and Digital Strategy for Clario I led the organization's marketing function.• Led corporate and digital marketing, responsible for advertising, public relations, online marketing, product marketing, trade shows, event planning, marketing communications, and customer research. Developed and executed marketing strategy and plan to deliver a 10% year-over-year account and strategic partnership growth.• Designed organization and recruited 7 new Senior Directors responsible for channel and content strategies, campaign analytics and automation, digital creative services, website and marketing data governance, corporate brand and marketing technology strategy to drive best practices, tools, and processes for digital transformation across the enterprise.• Grew revenue from $900M to $1B by establishing a digital center of excellence in 6 months and enabling digital-first go-to-market strategies for new product launches, demand generation campaigns, and brand-building efforts. • In preparation for IPO, created a new brand strategy combining ERT and Bioclinica to form Clario and launched a new brand on target and budget within 12 weeks through the integrated campaign, including owned and paid channels. Led cross-functional team to define and deliver new positioning, value prop, brand architecture, tone of voice, segmented messaging, new website, and social strategy.Clario, a private equity-backed $1B global company, is the SaaS leader in technology and software solutions for clinical trial research.
