In my 23 years of homebuilding I was presented with the opportunity do something I had never done! A unique opportunity to be part of a Start- Up Division bringing Richmond American Homes back to the Orlando market. In just over 6 months we opened 4 neighborhoods, contracted 23 floor plans, with elevations, options, and opened the Design Studio.

Updated all Master Contracts & Agreements, brought all vendors to insurance compliance, re-executed scopes of work, updated all contract price schedules, and reorganized purchasing contracting process. Supported the division’s growth of 65%+ YOY closings. I supported the opening of the Tampa Division and set up the contracts completely separate supporting the Tampa Divisions separation from Orlando to occur early the following year. Grew both divisions vendor base by 30%+ supporting the division growth to become the largest single family home builder in Orlando in 2012.
