The monitoring systems I design, install, and operate allow BMP effectiveness to be measured and functionality to be maintained. The bathymetric data I collect are critical for water body map creation informing aquatic habitat estabilshment, dredging operations, and any project dealing with underwater construction.The remote telemetry systems I build and operate dramatically increase efficiency in data and sample collection, positively impact data quality and effectiveness in watershed management decision making, and increase project value.I install permanent sensor stations in the Mississippi River to provide real-time conductivity, temperature, and depth data year-round and my active monitoring techniques identify critical BMP and Capital Improvement Project issues for efficient resolution and improved project effectiveness at stormwater BMPs and stormwater reuse systems.
