Senior Director Hr And Business Operations
Current*Monitors financial performance and analyzes key operational metrics.*Conducts monthly Financial Review meetings with Business Unit Leaders.*Studies and completes Financial Business analysis/analytics profit reporting and provides analysis. *Studies, recommends, and implements streamlined and improved financial processes and gains efficiencies.*Works accounting staff & system to learn and provide on-going support to ensure accounting system is fully operational.*Implements operational policies, objectives, and initiatives specific to the area of General Business operations.*Evaluates and optimizes current and proposed operational systems and procedures to gain efficiencies and to minimize risk.*Executes operating plans and tactics to attain short and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals.*Plan, direct and coordinate daily office operations including maintaining and updating the Business Continuity plan.*Manage Business Insurance policies.*Serves as the primary contact for building maintenance.*Ensure scheduled operations for program support are scheduled and completed.*Manage agendas for monthly Leadership Team meetings.*Implements operational policies, objectives, and initiatives specific to the area of HR.*Ensures compliance with standards and regulations.*Develop, implement, and manage company policies and procedures in regard to new employee on-boarding, asset management, security requirements, software access, hardware needs, and employee separations.*Oversee Performance Management practices for Managers/Supervisors.*Manage company benefits packages.*Coordinate and manage process for all outgoing Offer Letters, Termination Notifications, and Separation Agreements. *Source and manage third party Human Resources vendors. *Manages company internal Recognition Program.
