As a Managing Director in EY’s Technology Consulting practice, I’m responsible for leading digital transformations across the spectrum of strategy, delivery and operations. During my 25+ years of experience spearheading these projects, I have demonstrated success across the full lifecycle from strategy, justification, estimation, planning, design, development, implementation and ongoing operations.My work has allowed companies to realize benefits from implementing innovative solutions to business problems. I have experience leading teams through implementations of robotics/RPA, advanced analytics, blockchain, machine learning, document intelligence and chatbots. In addition, I have success leading experience led transformations focusing on the experience of the customer and employees.My experience has transcended industry lines over the course of my career, as I’ve had the privilege of working with clients within the fields of Oil & Gas, Mining, Telecommunications, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and Higher Education. Those wide ranging experiences have afforded me the opportunity to do everything from establishing effective IT organizations, to leading technology innovation programs, to designing solutions and organizations that are sustainable. Additionally, I’m well versed in the execution of business and IT transformation programs using SAP and custom platforms, and in the leadership of large support teams working across application, architecture and technology domains.I’m also highly involved in the North Texas community. I’m a member of the Site Based Decision Committee and the Technology Strategic Planning Committee for the Carroll Independent School District and sit on the SMU Cox School of Business Advisory Board for the university’s Information Technology & Operations Management Program.
