An enthusiastic, commercially aware and highly experienced ASSISTANT MANAGER/OPERATIONS with initiative and a proven record ensuring first class coaching, mentoring and business management.As a former British trampoline men’s team national champion, acrobat, stunt performer and choreographer, I have extensive experience of working for and in teams with strong-minded characters and an excellent record of influencing and challenging other individuals to achieve success. A strong desire to coach others and manage a business has led to a successful move into business management and coaching hybrid roles. I have experience with all aspects of daily business operations including business development, revenue generation, full operational and safety procedures, recruitment and mentoring of staff and designing/implementing the highest levels of risk assessments. With 30 years of experience in the sport and businesses of trampolining I managed the successful transition from being a full-time athlete, utilising skills gained in competing and training at national level to become a professional coach/mentor, acrobat, live action stunt performer and choreographer for various shows in the UK and Europe including Trampoline Safety Adviser/Choreographer - Take That (music pop band) for there live tour show 2017. Also I have worked as a Special Action Performer for TV/Films including - Pirates of the Caribbean, Mission in Possible Rouge Nation, Now You See Me 2, The Infiltrator, London's Has fallen & Fury 2014.
