Beat the Streets is a sports based youth development non profit which uses wrestling to positively impact the lives of youth in the Bay Area.

Brian is a cofounder of Beat The Streets - Los Angeles and serves on the Board of Directors. In addition to the duties as a voting Member, Mr. Guerrero serves as the Creative Director working with the Executive Staff in media relations, brand management, and web management. From 2012 to 2015, Brian served as resident photographer and filmmaker for Beat The Streets.Beat the Streets – Los Angeles, a non-profit corporation, strives to cultivate and support youth development programs in underserved communities in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Within this context, Beat the Streets – LA utilizes the sport of wrestling to foster and encourage a desire for excellence, respect for peers, fair play, leadership, and perseverance. With community engagement and investment, Beat the Streets – LA will provide support and direction for youth programs, enhancing young men and women’s lives in school, sports and the community.

As Senior Associate in the Facade Engineering Group, assisted in the design development from concept until completion of state-of-the-art, constructible, sustainable building facade solutions that address project design, function, budget, and scheduling goals. Services include detailed design, bidding and negotiation, value engineering, contractor’s design review, manufacturing and testing monitoring, and site installation supervision.
