This position is responsible for assisting the General Managers in directing and overseeing all operational activities and departments in the hotel to maximize revenue and deliver a positive experience and exceptional customer service for the guests. This position will also require intermittent travel to other Parks Hospitality Group’s hotels and filling in for open operational management positions or providing added operational support to hotels as needed as well as assist with Corporate projects, Pre-Opening for new hotels and other duties as assigned by the VP of Operations.
