Included in these installations is MEP Engineering.Reverse Engineering is a part art and part science. We leverage 3D Scanning Technologies, CMMs, Photogrammetry, and Hand Measurements. PCB Boards are reverse engineered for reproduction and even enhancement.Prototypes and Short Run Production are done on our in-house 3D Printers or CNC Machining Equipment. In addition, I provide TIG, MIG, and SMAW welding services for Carbon, Stainless, and Aluminum.

I am responsible for teaching High School level Chemistry to Sophomore through Senior students.In class, our focus is on applications of Chemistry and the topic-based experiments and how they can be applied for practical uses.This is a part-time role I took on to help the next generation love chemistry and to understand the real-world applications of the sciences.

Food production carries unique challenges to engineering. Most of my work is involved in developing state of the art mechanical designs leveraging tool-less assembly techniques while minimizing part counts and increasing sanitary capabilities. My work has allowed me to apply multiple engineering disciplines in solving critical problems, which has opened opportunities for our company to engage in follow-up sales and add value to the industry's largest food producers.

Heizer Aerospace is a large airframe component manufacturer. As a first-tier supplier to various OEM military and civilian aviation manufacturers, we tackle a wide variety of manufacturing challenges. I manage the engineering department, supporting our quality department to meet AS 9100B and C, address engineering issues with customers as well as our in-house designed, developed and manufactured machinery and I develop CNC programs and 3D models for aerospace in CATIA V5. My role allows me to straddle the complexities of engineering with manufacturing. We are currently seeking opportunities to expand the role of the engineering department. For example, we offer 2D to 3D CAD conversions in CATIA V5, V4 and Solidworks. In addition, we provide tooling engineering, equipment and tool engineering and manufacturing.

The CAD/CAM Lab at the National Institute for Aviation Research is a premier CAD/CAM training facility with recognition throughout the United States as the leader in CATIA V5 education. As a CATIA V5 instructor, I specialize in teaching manufacturing classes though I have extensive experience teaching design and database courses.

The Wichita facility of NORDAM is an interior cabinet manufacturer for Business class aviation. Known for its high quality and custom quality, NORDAM is a leader in the industry. While employed there, I developed CNC programs using CATIA V5 for high speed routers to cut advanced composites, wood, and plastic for cabinetry to be installed in business aircraft. In addition, I continued to develop higher quality seed models for programming and aided in developing software knowledge for my colleagues.

As a CNC Programmer, I developed custom tooling and manufacturing programs for high-speed 4-axis machines using CATIA V5.

I worked as a communications maintenance technician in a tactically deployable military unit. I was responsible for the maintenance of multiple forms of communications equipment ranging from small line of sight packages to multi-million dollar satellite terminals. During deployments, our unit was regularly awarded for our high levels of proficiency in our operations.
