Responsible for developing solutions using advanced Excel, SQL, VBA and AWS services for a user base of over 50 to assist with reporting, auditing, operational tasks and collecting submissions for monthly process. Started as an individual contributor and progressed to managing a team of 5.• Developed a tool to collect, validate, consolidate and audit sales revenue territory updates from a user base of over 12. Tool processed roughly 10K records monthly• Automated business process to append data to 20 Sharepoint lists for initial review as well as downloading and consolidating for further review and approval. Built process to do an hourly backup used to create status reports and customized reminder emails to users who have not submitted feedback• Created multiple tools to accept and process automated requests sent via email. Tools used keywords to determine which process to run, validated requester had proper permissions, and would return file to user based on what they requested.• Developed tool to ingest templates requesting changes to international teaming accounts. Tool recognized different types of requests: new, add, remove, deprecate and included error handling to catch multiple requests on the same account. Created load file for CRM system and injected data into Redshift database for tracking and backup.• Created reporting engine for generating Excel and PDF versions of incentive compensation reports to track metrics by 3 different plan types for 5,000 payees at multiple geographic levels.• Created tool which extracted text from legal documents in more than 12 languages and created load files for incentive compensation system to ingest. Tool could process 100+ documents in roughly 15 minutes, saving a team of 4 about a week’s worth of manual work• Built auditing engine which could run automated audits daily, weekly, monthly or on demand and generate emails to responsible parties in case of audit failures
