About Brian Nuss

As an accomplished Facilities and Real Estate Project Manager with 20+ years experience, I offer diverse leadership capabilities to deliver full-lifecycle commercial office tenant fit-out and capital improvement building/construction projects effectively and efficiently by creating dynamic cross-functional teams that strive to create the best value for the planned scope of work. Outside of "the office job," I dedicate time to Bear Creek Mountain Resort's Snowsports School as an Alpine Staff Trainer and Alpine Ski Instructor while continuing my PSIA Alpine teaching and skiing development. I also plan, and coordinate, multiple large- and small-scale ski trips to various resorts throughout the United States, and am a brand ambassador for Rossignol Skis.
