As a Software Delivery Project Manager, I facilitate complex project management activities focused on Call Center Technologies Interactive Voice Response Program supporting more than 31M monthly calls. Some of my key accomplishments include: Manage multiple projects simultaneously at various points in the release lifecycle delivering an on-time implementation rate of more than 95%. Coordinated with external vendors according to statement of work, resource agreements, invoicing, and reconciling payment on delivery services to streamline project financial forecasting.  Analyzed schedule, budget, and resources to prepare interpreted data and facts to be leveraged for strategic decisions made by Executive Leadership. Built an international delivery team of more than 30 individuals and provided coaching and performance management. Created Excel document automating 90% of effort required to forecast financial status resulting in 3 additional solutions delivered to internal and external customers per quarter. Provided engaged support, training, and behavior modeling to peers for a monthly financial data compilation. Selected by peers and leaders as Agile Change Agent to host weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings and achieved Silver Certification 6-months ahead of schedule. Defined and documented communication, escalation, resource planning, and acquisition management strategies resulting in the successful integration of 20 new markets, migration of over 5M subscribers, and deployment of 10 new call centers. Visited 3 largest call centers to meet with leaders, host town halls, facilitate training, and serve as escalation point of contact communicating refined requirements back to IT for issues impacting more than 1.5K employees resulting in 30 second AHT reduction, service activation improvement of 5 minutes, and allowing for headcount reduction.
