Brian will be responsible for new client development and expanding AMR's presence in the AMC industry through expanded branding and marketing efforts. He will work with AMR's current clients in the areas of change management, strategic planning and innovation.

In this role Brian managed all business development strategies including partnership opportunities, innovative business design, non-traditional revenue streams and creative market positioning. He had full responsibility of sales and the business development team and encouraged cross channel and cross-department support with a focus on advancing strategies for all teams including operations, sales, marketing, finance, Web, creative and design, research & development and IT functions. Other responsibilities and included:- Lead strategist for national and global growth strategy- Lead strategist for annual marketing, sales and growth plan- Lead strategist for non-traditional corporate partnership opportunities- Member of the executive team- Facilitator for in-house and contracted strategic planning sessions

Responsible for the overall management of the RFP, proposal development and new business presentation process. Oversight of all prospect and new client research, client relationship management and new client transition. Team contributor to company-wide marketing plan, cross department relations, product and business model innovation.Designed and developed new hire orientation program resulting in an increase in knowledge exchange and improved cross-department communication.Global proposal and presentation development and execution.Lead in the Request for Proposal process, prospect research and customer relationship management.Managed the entire sales process including RFP review, proposal development and new business presentations.

Provided fundamental business to consumer sales while driving regional marketing efforts resulting in new home sales.

Assisted in the identification and research and content for use throughout the 66,000 sq. ft. museum space. Played a critical role in content curation as well as the creation of multi-media exhibits.
