- Employed as a Project Specialist - Environmental Health & Safety with SGS Canada Inc. (CALA Accredited). I assist a large number of environmental consultant clients with laboratory analytical services for all types of projects when samples need to be analysed including soil, sediment, rock, groundwater, wastewater, surface water, drinking water, private wells, municipal storm and sanitary water, mine tailings, etc.

- As part of the Environment & Geoscience business unit of SNC-Lavalin’s Infrastructure division, my responsibilities included: managing multiple environmental site assessments from Phase I & II ESAs, environmental inspections (including compliance and mitigation), spill response mitigation, ongoing surface water, ground water, and gas monitoring of properties including landfills and ongoing remedial sites, overseeing environmental management systems, filing and writing RSCs, while utilizing appropriate environmental regulations throughout the GTHA. - Other responsibilities include: proposal writing, costing, creating sampling plans, conducting field work, providing scientific and technical reporting to different clients, and senior management on environmental programs and projects, and co-ordinating with the MECP, provincial, federal and municipal agencies.- Coordinate with project managers, environmental site assessors, drilling companies, laboratories, and other remedial subcontractors in the development of project solutions. - Prepare and deliver reports to senior project managers/supervisors on completed and on-going project work. - Lead environmental projects by developing a project plan, setting milestones and monitoring progress within a set schedule.

- Experience managing and conducting Phase I and II ESAs, Remediations; such as dig and dump, UST/AST removals, injection programs and Groundwater Treatment Systems- Experience with various Ontario Regulations (O.Reg 153/04, Excess Soils), Federal CCME Guidelines, and MECP Soil & Groundwater Table Criteria- Additional experience with Indoor Air Sampling and Monitoring, Asbestos Sampling, Groundwater Sampling and Monitoring with Waterra, Bladder pump, hydrolift and Low Flow Sampling, Soil Sampling using Pionjar and CME rigs, soil vapour sampling, and limited geotechnical experience- Completed report writing on all field work, and lab analysis- Handled Equipment Such As: RKI Eagle II PID/CGD, Hanna, Horiba Multi-Parameter Probe, Peristaltic Low-Flow Pumps, Hydrolifts, Bladder Pumps, Survey Equipment and GPS units- Helped develop Watter’s Living Planet @ Work Sustainability Team, writing their Corporate Social Responsibility, and assisting in fundraisers and charities- Promoted to ESA II in June 2014- Promoted to ESA III in May 2017
