Mr. Rice brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT environments working with clients worldwide. He brings a skilled approach to solving complex problems due to his ability to synthesize difficult technical concepts as well as oversee their implementation. Mr. Rice is developing a Digital Forensics platform, which provides comprehensive loss control, Strategic Risk Management Consulting, and remediation services for insurance companies sureties and law firms, security breach analysis and reporting, Cyber Digital Forensics, Cyber & Fidelity Claims Investigations as well as eDiscovery Platform and Consulting Services. Mr. Rice is heavily involved in the various aspects of business automation and transformation, Cyber Defense Strategies, Domestic and International Data Governance and Compliance, as well as helping to define ethical and legal ramifications of ineffective cyber defense postures for insureds as well as insurance companies. Mr. Rice does a significant amount of work with the American Bar Association having been the Technology Co-Chair for the Fidelity and Surety Committee (FSLC) since 2019 and is currently serving as the Technology Vice-Chair for the FSLC for the 2023 – 2024 term.
