Responsible for transforming Gas AMR (Automated Meter Reading) Deployment operating characteristics and KPIs into Tableau visualizations for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Operating Reviews, along with smart visualizations to drive project closeout (route closure burndown to zero).Designed Gas AMR Route Closure dashboard to concentrate multiple data streams and improve the meter deployment and cutover to electronic reads of smart Gas Communication Modules (GCMs).Generate daily deployment metrics, weekly deployment reports, monthly KPI's, numerous ad-hoc reports, and data extractions and analysis for Meter Deployment, Smart Energy team, Smart Energy Operations Center (SEOC), Meter Reading, and other business partners to achieve project goals.Responsible for the Meter Installation Vendor (MIV) Electric Meter Operations Manual to ensure MIV installation processes met company standards during installation of 1.8 million AMI Smart Meters. Manual includes checking for correct voltage across phases for different meter types (1P/3P) and material types, correct register reads (kWh, kW/W, kVARh), multiplier, and power factor (pf).Integrate various data sources into Deployment processes including; Meter Installation Vendor (MIV) XML and CSV files, SAP extracts, manual updates, database extracts, Excel files, and GIS lat/long characteristics.Create Excel and Access VBA scripts to extract data out of SAP GUI for business processes that result in a variety of activities such as: Access database updates, SAP updates, and email generated Excel documents to users for additional sactions.Use Python and Google API to lookup GIS information in bulk to update SAP device characteristics.Constructed Access databases to improve team collaboration for Consecutive Estimates Project (CEP), Smart Energy Operations Center (SEOC) Troubled Meters, Smart Energy Not Deployable, Gas AMR, FCM Logs, Meter Reading Truck issues and various efforts that utilize VBA to refresh data from SAP.
