Provide customer service to the public, outside visitors and coworkers. Distributes mail, batch daily outgoing mail, and applies correct postage. Responsible for the acceptance, recording and distribution of payroll warrants. Organizes, updates and maintains Sharepoint database for the Administration Branch, ensuring content is current. Assists office staff with confidential filing of personnel records, travel claims and other documents as necessary. Utilize a general understanding of Excel, Word and other Microsoft 365 software.Monitors and maintains required documentation for Field Division's Vanpool Program in accordance with Department's Vanpool Program policies and procedures. Responsible for collection and processing of field division's vanpool payments. Assists vehicle coordinator with the collection of Vehicle/Equipment Travel Logs and SAP mileage data entry per procedure. Assist as needed, field division's HR Analyst with printing electronic applications via Exam and Certification Online System (ECOS). Responsible for taking and distributing minutes for the monthly Field Division's Safety Committee Meetings. Posting and uploading safety audits to field division's Safety Boards as well as Sharepoint database as necessary. Participate and assist in administration of civil service examinations for classifications delegated to the field division for testing. Occasional use of State vehicles to transport drawings, office supplies, testing materials or other items to areas within the Field Division or off site.

I worked a very wide variety of jobs within the athletics department at Saint Mary's. I worked within ticket sales, marketing promotion, as well as ticketing promotion. I also worked as the public address announcer for select home sporting events, such as basketball, soccer, and baseball to name just a few. I assisted in statistical tracking at various sporting events, ensuring live game stats were accurately put into the Saint Mary's sports database in live time for fans to follow from wherever they were. Lastly, I also worked with other team members in general game/event management, including crowd control, ticketing, and helping maintain a safe and fun environment on game days.

I worked at the warehouse at Saint Mary's for a summer and enjoyed the opportunity significantly. One portion of the position required me to occupy the front desk, performing clerical work, answering the phone, and assisting the needs of any potential client. I also worked to organize outgoing packages into appropriate boxes, created shipping labels, and scheduled package pickups. The last portion of this position had me helping the transportation of packages received to various locations throughout the college (forklift experience included).

This job was a temporary position where I served as a fall intern for Bay Area Ballplayers. At this position, I helped coach camps and private lessons with youth children, in primarily baseball. I also assisted in general management of the facility, manning the front desk, helping organize the maintain the suitability of the facility, and assisting any client coming into the building. Lastly, I worked on the building up the organization's website, which was still in its beginning phases given how new the company was.
