Project manager and designer for new residential and commercial development projects. Design ponds, infiltration basins, biofiltration basins, and stormwater collection systems to incorporate into land development projects. Prepare stormwater management plans and stormwater pollution plans. Completed LOMRs and LOMAs for multiple projects including single lots and for large developments, including detailed stormwater modeling with XP-storm, drafting and preparation of drainage area maps and basin and ditch designs, and submitting data to FEMA.

Included site grading, utility, and drainage design, negotation with government agencies, contract preparation and management and subcontracting assistance.Prepared letters of map revision for several development projects. Work included detailed modeling with XP-SWMM, HEC-RAS and other stormwater modeling applicaitons. End result was modifications of flood plain boundaries based on the new construction.

Managed feasibility study and response actions at former industrial properties. Work included preparing docuemnts for and negotiations with government agencies for approved site remediaiton, preparing plans and specifications, overight of action implementaiton and documentation reports.
