Supervised a workforce comprised of 9 Air Force specialties responsible for all production required to maintain, generate and sustain 27 aircraft valued at over $289M at the largest, most geographically separated aircraft fleet in the Pacific Air Forces. Managed assets with plans, scheduling, and documentation section to direct timely aircraft flow through phase, programmed depot maintenance, corrosion, and all scheduled events. Coordinated with flying operations managers to build weekly, monthly, and annual flying schedules to meet the division’s 9K hour annual flying program. • Engineered an extensive modification of a critical A-10 component on 27 aircraft which finished 9 months ahead of schedule. Maintained 98% average for maintenance scheduling effectiveness, surpassing the 95% standard. • Displayed outstanding leadership skills during the division’s local combat employment readiness exercise which generated 159 of 162 flights within 3 days and earned an overall “Excellent” rating for the group.
