I’ve spent the past 11+ years advising corporate and private equity clients as they execute investment strategies and monetize non-core assets. Over this time, transaction types have ranged from single-entity domestics to multi-national enterprises with transaction enterprise values ranging from <$100 million to $7+ billion. Being based in the SF Bay Area, I am heavily exposed to clients and transactions in the technology sector. Through serving private equity clients and pre-Bay Area professional experiences, I also have meaningful transaction experience in industrials, retail consumer products and healthcare sectors, among others. This multi-sector exposure is an asset, as technology continues its evolution from a discrete business sector to a disruptive force impacting all business sectors. I enjoy understanding how businesses work and analyzing the metrics which drive profitability and growth (i.e., retention / renewal rates, cost-structure scalability, net working capital investment, etc.). Prior to joining Transaction Advisory Services in 2004, I worked in EY’s assurance practice, providing audit services to clients in Chicago, Illinois and Zurich, Switzerland (including serving a Global 200, industrial company operating in 100+ countries worldwide).
