Volunteered to fill in as CSA's Contracts Manager when position was unexpectedly vacated just before the close-out of fiscal year 2015. Leveraged prior Government Contracts Specialist and consulting skills to not only manage CSA's entire portfolio of 80+ contracts and subcontracts, but built from scratch a custom SharePoint contracts data management system to specifically meet internal and external customer service requirements. Established a culture of accountability and customer service within CSA Contracts. Specific accomplishments:1. Extreme focus on core business, customer service and document turnaround time. "Pushed" work in process status to all internal stakeholders via custom SharePoint lists and data filters. Decreased turnaround time from weeks and months to hours and days. 2. Created standard document naming convention and filing system for CSA's entire contracts/subcontracts portfolio. Any document, across any contract can now be recalled in under one minute. This capability did not exist prior to my tenure. 3. Created a database of contracts information based on customer needs. Data is filtered and displayed across numerous integrated SharePoint pages which provides internal customers with self-help capability and action alerts. 4. Automated the generation of contractual legal documentation. Decreased document processing time by 80% via implementation of a singular process improvement initiative.
