Volunteered to fill in as CSA's Contracts Manager when position was unexpectedly vacated just before the close-out of fiscal year 2015. Leveraged prior Government Contracts Specialist and consulting skills to not only manage CSA's entire portfolio of 80+ contracts and subcontracts, but built from scratch a custom SharePoint contracts data management system.

Spearheaded technology infusion and business process improvements across all operational areas as CSA migrates from small to large business. Lead developer of toolkits and playbooks that documented 10+ years of best practices and lessons learned.
