About Brian Kelley

Brian Kelley is the Senior Manager - Toll Technology for the Ohio Turnpike & Infrastructure Commission where he is managing the new modernized toll collection system and the new customer service center system across the 241 miles of the Ohio Turnpike. During his tenure at the Ohio Turnpike since 2017, Brian has also served as the Chief Technology Officer and the Toll Collection System Manager.Prior to coming to the Ohio Turnpike, he was the Chief Information Officer for Portage County, Ohio. Under his leadership, Portage County received international, national, state, and regional recognition for highly successful enterprise-wide IT projects. He is also a senior lecturer at the University of Akron.
