I am a very passionate person. I have tremendous conviction, and the ability to acknowledge a better idea—whether it is mine or not. I enjoy the intricacies of storytelling. Orson Welles, Alfred Hitchcock, and Christopher Nolan are storytellers I admire in particular. Challenging traditional storytelling is what inspires me. Thinking about approaches to problems from different angles and using critical analysis to find solutions is my forté. I am interested in cycling, lacrosse, video games, comic books, Magic: the Gathering, sports, movies and music. I am a coffee lover—I’m particularly enjoying Guatemalan coffee at the moment, because of its earthiness.I believe that time is the most precious resource. Finding solutions and better workflows are some of the things that I work toward, in the interest of saving the most time. While you can’t buy time, you can find solutions to save it. I also have a substantial technical background. I feel that having knowledge from both sides of the process helps all productions tremendously. My technical background enables me to communicate with all members of a crew. One of my greatest attributes is my troubleshooting ability. Coming from sports broadcast, I learned to thrive while working under pressure, making creative decisions and solving technical issues quickly.
