Reduced staff turnover by 50% and developed a talent pipeline to procurement across Honeywell. • Created category strategies via supply base optimization, market intelligence reporting, internal/external benchmarking and analytics. Led the management of finished goods inventory and drove ownership of FG by the customer facing organization.• Built an enterprise-wide matrixed team in the supply chain and customer facing organization to reduce excess inventory by $33M. Results were incremental sales of $3M, improved order management processes which reduced $5M of repair inventory and growth of our trading business. • Negotiated 9 vendor managed inventory agreements that improved supplier responsiveness and reduced raw material inventory by $4M.
