Hello! I am a motivated professional with a demonstrated history in operations, risk/compliance, and client service. My journey began fresh out of college when I joined The Vanguard Group in their retail operations department. During my time there, I realized my drive for both developing people and processes, and I led training for several onboarding classes while serving as a process administrator to drive efficiency across multiple business functions. With a growing desire to focus on people management, I joined Silicon Valley Bank in 2018 first as a Team Lead, and soon thereafter was promoted to Manager. Since then, I have gained valuable experience in leading teams of up to 20 individuals, reporting KPIs, ensuring team metrics are met, and mentoring and coaching both direct reports and colleagues. This has been in both operations based teams as well as risk and compliance. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new places and meeting new people which enables me to stay fresh with new and diverse perspectives.
