A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a key contributor within Bentley's Consulting organization whose mission is to accelerate the realization of their customer's business goals that can be influenced through their partnership with Bentley. The TAM accomplishes this by challenging their customer's current practices, guiding transformation, and leveraging Bentley's technologies and people. The TAM serves as Bentley's primary customer advocate partnering with Account Executives in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sales teams to drive the successful adoption and broad use of Bentley technologies within a select group of named customers. Major activities performed by a TAM include program management, business process analysis, account planning and development, meeting leadership and facilitation, Bentley evangelizing, and solution selling.
