Agile Handover is a team of people that have recognized a need within industry and are aggressively replacing the current valueless information transfers (due to BIM purgatory, scans, construction databases, and file centric processes) with industrialized data handover. We are filling information coffers for CMMS, BIM and Records enabling a reality of useful data in O&M. Good times!

I work strategically with a focused group of accounts to provide consultative sales to the AEC (Engineers, Architects, and Constructors), EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) , and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) organizations. I deliver solutions that meet needs based on desired business, project, and mission outcomes. I work to provide best in class Bentley products and services to all phases of the Asset Lifecycle including Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, Maintenance, Project Management, Procurement, Resource Management and Visualization.I managed user contracts to provide the best return on investment based on budget and schedule restraints. This includes a wide variety of products and services which requires that I lead a team tasked with a matrix of user interactions within all levels of the organization. I was privileged to currently be assigned to support the US Army Corps of Engineers and their 37,000 users. My experience with GSA and Department of Defense allows me to expand my efforts to additional agencies.

A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a key contributor within Bentley's Consulting organization whose mission is to accelerate the realization of their customer's business goals that can be influenced through their partnership with Bentley. The TAM accomplishes this by challenging their customer's current practices, guiding transformation, and leveraging Bentley's technologies and people. The TAM serves as Bentley's primary customer advocate partnering with Account Executives in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) sales teams to drive the successful adoption and broad use of Bentley technologies within a select group of named customers. Major activities performed by a TAM include program management, business process analysis, account planning and development, meeting leadership and facilitation, Bentley evangelizing, and solution selling.
