Director of operations for an 18 associate/27 driver logistics and inventory department. We are responsible for locating, securing and recovering terminated leases from our 4000+ unit fleets. Using GPS and skip tracing, we have reduced the time per recovery significantly over the past year. We have also been able to reduce recovery units by 51% while utilizing 49% less driver hours. This was accomplished by building a team of associates with significant transportation experience. Since May 2017, we have added over 36 years of transportation and logistics experience to the team.
