Primarily worked with electric/gas utilities, state regulatory agencies, and non-regulated gas/electric power producers on various financial advisory engagements, including• Forecasting multi-year budgets for utilities and public sector agencies in order to issue multi-million dollar municipal bonds in the municipal bond markets• Developed and executed Excel modeling tools for engagements such as: financial valuation using the DCF earnings-based approach of a 50 MW ($60 M - $80 M annual revenue) biomass facility; telecom system valuation using the cost approach; and shared service/A&G overhead cost allocation model development for government agencies.• Other financial analyses included REC price trending, gas commodity pricing/hedging, and stranded cost/asset recovery analyses in support of financial benchmarking and as part of state-wide regulatory/litigation proceedings.

- Performed mechanical engineering and energy consumption data analyses of residential, commercial, and other large customers (e.g., universities, casinos, data centers) as part of economic program evaluation engagements with electric and gas utilities.- Developed an Excel model to calculate monthly/annual/multi-year lost retail revenues that could be accrued per ASC 980-605 (Alternative Revenue Programs).
