Brian is a servant leader honored to have been an integral part of several amazing organizations in key leadership positions including multiple Chairman & CEO positions, Independent Directorships and Group President roles in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical space. His passion is to lead organizations to reach their true potential by building strong and resilient teams, establishing key goals and aspirations, and helping to drive focused execution with process improvement, collaboration, talent mapping and cultural renewal. He accomplishes this by identifying the key organizational priorities to create shareholder value and drive customer engagement and, satisfaction. He has witnessed firsthand the power of a connected and empowered team driving implementation and realizing success. Together, with all employees well informed and working collaboratively to drive our common goals - his teams achieve the mission. This passion transcends borders, and he has embraced success building great teams around the globe including 4 years of living in Asia.Brian has longstanding board experience; having contributed to multiple healthcare industry related Boards including Novanta (NASDAQ: NOVT), Vander-Bend, Atalys, Acrotec Group (Switzerland), PCI Pharma Services (top performing portfolio company of THL’s fund VII), and Viant Medical. He has also served on Industrial boards of both Houston Street and B&C Research Corp. Brian cares deeply about giving back and has been active with several philanthropic organizations including the Fisher House foundation (Veteran assistance), Caring for Cambodia, and the Salvation Army. Lastly, he is proud to have served his country as a Naval Officer and carrier-based combat jet pilot; qualified to fly three different types of jet aircraft.
