I am an experienced and passionate Fraud Prevention professional working in the Card Payments industry since 2006. I feel privileged to be part of a global team within Elavon that offers daily opportunities to learn from colleagues with diverse experiences and backgrounds. As a logical thinker Fraud Prevention has always represented a puzzle to be solved; how to connect the dots to identify the perpetrator. The fact that Fraud continues to evolve keeps the challenge fresh and the job engaging. During my time in Elavon I have worked on Fraud Prevention, Account Data Compromises, Web Content Compliance programs, Law Enforcement Requests / Court Witness, and the implementation of the PSD2 / TRA Program. I have been in management since 2013 and currently have teams in Ireland, Germany and Poland focusing on Fraud Prevention, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting & MIS tasks. I was awarded US Bank's Circle of Service Excellence award in 2014 and was the recipient of Elavon's Legends of Possible in 2019, both of which i am extremely proud of.
